I have now purchased thousands of euros of equipment for my gardens and woods... the seller Diego is always on point and available, and super competent!!!!!!! I also add... After being involved in a terrible motorcycle accident, unfortunately I was left disabled... with a limited leg and hand... but despite everything, the salesman Diego encouraged me several times not to give up, and that for every difficulty there is it's a solution....Always careful to recommend equipment suited to my physical needs (traction lawnmower etc...) and vision management.....what can I say....THANKS

STAY AWAY Update after your reply: First of all, claiming to be good at selling doesn't mean being good at assistance (obviously in 60 years you haven't understood this), furthermore the best Sthil salesmen who until recently sold Husqvarna makes me smile quite a bit, lastly and then with you I closed definitively, since you informed Sthil of what happened, also inform them that in 4 days you were not able to do a simple software update since in TWO HOURS another dealer solved the problem for me, (since you are the best dealer of Italy you sold me a robot without checking if there were any updates to be made, who knows what the parent company will think) so there was no need to order any spare parts but evidently in 60 years of experience you didn't get there or didn't want to get there!! !! Sthil was also notified both by me and by the SERIO dealer to whom I turned!!! Good life

Stihl dealer there I bought a chainsaw in fact. Yesterday I went back because they also sell new and used tractors. I spoke to the owner, Dino, and he immediately made a good impression on me.
